These terms set the expectations for using the CHOSEN Apparel storefront, placing orders, joining launches, and engaging with the brand's digital experiences.
Storefront use
Customers may use this site to explore CHOSEN Apparel, view products, join early access, RSVP for eligible events, manage account details, and complete purchases through Shopify checkout.
Product information
Product descriptions, images, colors, availability, prices, taxes, shipping options, and checkout totals are provided through Shopify and may change before an order is completed.
Orders and checkout
Orders are submitted through Shopify secure checkout. A purchase is not complete until checkout is successfully submitted and Shopify confirms the order.
Pre-orders and launches
Some products may be offered before production or fulfilment is complete. Pre-order pages will show the available timing information before payment, and material updates will be sent using the email address provided at checkout.
Intellectual property
CHOSEN Apparel names, marks, imagery, writing, product concepts, and site content may not be copied, resold, or reused without written permission.
