Pre-orders give customers early access to a CHOSEN Apparel release before production or fulfilment is complete.
How pre-orders work
A pre-order reserves a product before its production or fulfilment is complete. The product page and checkout journey will clearly identify pre-order items and display the current estimated shipment window.
Payment
Unless a deposit model is added later, full payment is collected securely through Shopify checkout when the pre-order is placed.
Estimated delivery
The current planning estimate is approximately three to four weeks after the pre-order window closes. The final confirmed window will be displayed before payment and repeated in order communication.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation, exchange, and refund eligibility will be shown before checkout when a pre-order opens. Customers should review the product page and checkout details carefully before submitting payment.
Production updates
Customers will receive material production or timing updates using the email address supplied at checkout.
